Roles and Responsibilities:
- Purpose of role—Execute transactions/tickets according to client-provided guidelines and timelines and follow the process with the objective of meeting the defined SLA.
- Understanding of Point of Interest will be an added advantage.
- Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem reported via tickets.
- Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
- Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
- Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates.
- Conduct the required research per process to solve the reported issue.
- Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from the research
- Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist.
- Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions.
Required Skills:
- Any degree is fine
- Should be flexible with Shift Timings.
- Candidates should have a consolidated mark sheet and provisional certificate
